Midface/Cheek Lift

This procedure, developed and perfected by Dr. Nigro, is ideal for patients that are experiencing facial muscle laxity but perhaps aren't quite ready for a full face lift.

The Cheek Lift involves lifting the cheek muscle vertically, as opposed to laterally, which can cause a distorted "pulled back" appearance. The muscle is then reattached to the bone and the fat pads under the lower eyelid are "teased" over the edge of the orbital rim eliminating that hollow tired appearance.
